We believe in the personal touch, a quality level of service to our guests, and that begins with the initial reservation and your comfort level regarding your accommodations and your hosts prior to arrival. So just email or call, we are happy to answer all your questions, help you decide what is best for your time spent on this wonderful and magical island known as Maui.
We do have a three (3) night minimum. However, you can call or email to see if we have an odd opening and can take a 2 or 1 night shorter stay. Sometimes those will fit between the longer reservations and we would be pleased to help when we can!
Cleaning fee: A nominal cleaning fee of $25.00 applies to each room reserved. Taxes: 13.42% tax applies to all room reservations Payment Methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal. 3% handling fee applies to all credit card charges

Promotional room rates and reservations : mid week, 3 night minimum, based on availability of discounted room inventory at time of booking, management reserves the right to substitute alternative room selection on discounted rooms, all taxes apply, not available over holidays or during peak seasons. Current fill in the gap promo for Nov and Dec includes one welcome breakfast for (1) based on single rate or (2) based on double rate with the three (3) night booking, we get you started your first morning.

All rooms must be paid in full at time of booking and all cancellation policies apply.
Policies for payment and cancellation

Payment:
Upon booking 50% deposit to confirm.
60 days prior to arrival date: final payment is due to complete and confirm your reservation.
Any bookings made within the 60 day period is due in full.
Cancellation
Upon booking: Rebooking fee: all cancelled rooms incur a $75.00 cancel fee once booked
After 60 days prior to arrival date: No refunds unless room(s) are rebooked. Refund is based upon new booking value and prorated accordingly. If room is not rebooked there are no refunds.
After 72 hours prior to arrival date: No refunds for cancellations made after this time period, to include no shows, or non used portion of stay once guest has arrived.
Cancellations must be made in writing.

Trip Insurance:
We do recommend you purchase trip insurance for your entire travel arrangements to include your accommodations. There are several companies who provide insurance, which often times cover accommodations and any deposits you have paid which are non refundable, if you cancel due to a covered issue (reason).
